I worked with Greg Schwager to find a piece of property to build a house on. Greg did a phenomenal job finding a perfect lot in the center of Kalispell, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls. It was difficult finding a lot that fit our budget because everything was getting bought up quickly. He did a great job helping us negotiate with the seller on the offer and we were able to close on the property quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Our house is now built and we are all settled in.

When I first met Greg, at least two years before we closed on a property, I asked him if he could be patient while we found the perfect place. He told me he could. He kept his word. Greg sent and I reviewed a lot of different properties before we found the right place for our family. He always maintained a positive and enthusiastic attitude. He's easy going but also pays attention to detail which is a nice combination. When it came down to making a deal, he continuously demonstrated that he had our best interest in mind. I will work with Greg again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Flathead Valley.

Greg was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the area and gave his suggestions when needed. I would buy another house from him. Even offered to drive us around and had refreshments. It made us feel like executives!
